Heart Attack Warning signs
It is important to know the warning signs that happen during an attack because it can be fatal. Although the aforementioned symptoms are all linked to a heart attack, the American Heart Association (AHA) has identified four warning signs as vital signs of MI (heart attack). These include:
- Discomfort, chest tightness, fullness in the chest or squeezing that lasts several minutes
- Pain or discomfort in the that radiates to the arms, neck, jaw, stomach, or back
- Sudden shortness of breath
- Other unusual signs can include being lightheaded, a cold sweat, or a sick or nauseous feeling.
If you experience any of these symptoms, stay calm, take deep breaths, and take 2 tablets of disprin mixed in a glass of water and rush towards the hospital. Following these steps will not only relieving associated stress and anxiety but also help save your life by minimizing the time you reach the hospital.
